Dragon's Riddle

Some are small, some are large

Most have wings, some do not

Some have scales, others have something other than scales

Some guard treasures untold

Some bring luck, be it good or bad

Most breath fire, others breath ice -or maybe something else

Ones without wings usually stay laim on the sand

While others feel free in the sea

We be distant cousins of the now extinct dinosaurs

But by far we be more intelligent

You see us in dreams, pieces of art

And maybe in your heart

Some of us are evil, some of us are good

Or just somewhere in between

What are we?

Why we be dragons, you see!

Are we real?

Or are we fantasy?

It's up to you!

Whatever you fancy.
